Here is an update to my original review.
As I said before, I LOVE my pet care team.
Off Collar has been a God send for me.

Yesterday I was diagnosed with the flu. Oh misery All it took was a text message to Lauren Flannigan (owner) and favorite pet sitter, to ask if she could help me out by taking my Mila for daycare. There was no hesitation on her part. She was here early this morning to pick her up and will have her back to me in the afternoon giving me the day to rest. She will do the same tomorrow.
Even though we weren't scheduled for these days, she was very willing to help me out.
If you need pet care and want the best for your four legged furry friend, you would be remiss in overlooking this amazing service.
I have had dogs my whole life and excellent pet sitters are hard to come by.

Lauren is amazing!!! She has been caring for my now 5-month-old puppy and she absolutely adores Lauren. She has walked her but now that she's older she goes to daycare where she enjoys socializing with other pets.
I feel very lucky to have found her. So flexible and accommodating especially with my crazy schedule.

Lauren has been walking my dog Nova for almost nine months now. She is very flexible and reliable when it comes to the needs of my dog, including boarding! The portal she uses is very easy to navigate and communication is spot on. I would recommend Lauren and Off Collar Pet Care to anyone!

Off Collar has been walking my little old Labradoodle for almost three years. I have nothing but nice things to say and am never worried about my dogs care in their hands. Super easy to communicate with and make schedule adjustment when life throws a wrench at ya.

So lucky to live close by. Professional company, passion for pets and customer service. My dog is not the easiest to deal with but the folks at off Collar take amazing care of her. The added benefit of her being throughly tuckered our after a day of day care is second only to the approachable prices.

This service was very responsive and easy to book at the last minute. A great sitter stayed at my house with my pup and took great care of him. They went on very long walks and hung out all weekend. Thank you for this great service!

Lauren and her team are so great to work with! I was running late from work last night to get home to let my neighbor's dog out, and they took care of this right away for me! Their app is easy to use and her team is truly professional! If you are in the DMV looking for pet care you won't go wrong with Off Collar.
